If you’re reading this, you may have already seen the announcement posted on March 5, 2026, by Ms. Caputo, leader of the Journalism Club. On the Grade Level Information Page, she shared that the Crochet Club is officially open to the public once again.
Extreme Popularity
Last year, when Ms. Caputo first introduced the Crochet Club, it quickly became one of the most popular after‑school activities. Dozens of students joined, many discovering a new hobby and enjoying the chance to relax, chat, and create handmade projects with friends.
Getting Others’ Opinions
Local student Nancy Hoang, grade 7, shared her thoughts on the club and whether she planned to join this year.
“Although I’m not planning to join the crochet club, the club can provide people with many opportunities to learn new skills and be able to have enjoyable experiences. Crocheting is a good way to kill some time whenever you are bored.”
Her perspective reflects what many students feel: even if they don’t join, they still appreciate the creativity and community the club brings.
What Do You Think
Even though not everyone signed up this year, plenty of students are excited about the club’s official reopening. Now the question is yours to answer: Will you join the crochet club?
